"The action for the 'Goodchoice' victims has been taken on by Law Firm Changchun.
Changchun's attorney Jaesun Yoon says they recently received a first response from Goodchoice regarding compensation.
But the response, apparently, was that Goodchoice too had been harmed by the hackers and that it denied the victims' cause of action and claims in their entirety.
In a word, far from offering compensation, it declared that it was a victim itself and would bear no responsibility whatsoever.
They therefore plan to file a second complaint with the Seoul Central District Court this week."
