Law Firm Changchun was founded in 2017 by attorney Geonho Park (40th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute), formerly of Law Firm Chungjung, and attorney Jaesun Yoon (40th class), formerly of Yulchon. Its 13 attorneys bring practical experience and deep know-how across a range of fields — tax, construction and real estate, finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and civil and criminal litigation — from major law firms and public institutions. Its distinguishing feature is that it delivers legal solutions through flexible team play, assembling a team rather than assigning a single attorney.
Including managing partners Geonho Park and Jaesun Yoon, the firm is made up of attorneys from major law firms. Through close collaboration across fields with affiliated entities such as Changchun Accounting Firm and Nara Appraisal, it offers one-stop legal services. The firm houses the startups "Good Stones," a specialist agency for football players, and "Angry People," a class action platform. It recently drew attention by opening up its recruitment of new employees (interns) on the television program "Good People."
