At Law Firm Joun, Ms. Kim practiced as a reconstruction and redevelopment specialist, advising across every stage of improvement projects and handling a wide range of matters including injunctions staying the effect of general meeting resolutions and claims for their invalidity, revocation of association establishment approvals, revocation of project implementation approvals, revocation of management and disposal plans, confirmation of member status, delivery actions, sale demand claims, compensation for loss, revocation of expropriation adjudications and violations of the Urban Improvement Act.
