Composer #JaehongShin of #MTreeMusic, for which #LawFirmChangchun serves as legal counsel, recently signed an agreement with Wolkwright Productions of the United States for the rights to the hit Broadway #musical "#SomethingRotten."
Look out for "Something Rotten," which is scheduled to run in Korea from December 11 to 23, 2018, and for the licensed production in 2019.
"Mr. Shin was studying composition at Hanyang University when he left for Vienna, Austria in 1985 to study composition and jazz. He debuted while studying abroad in 1989 with Jung-hyun Cho's 'I Loved Even That Pain,' and went on to produce a string of hits including Jae-beom Im's 'A Wound Deeper Than Love' and 'When This Night Passes,' Hyo-shin Park's 'Good Person,' Mi-yeon Won's 'Farewell Journey,' As One's 'Wanting and Resenting,' Hyun-ran Oh's 'If Only I Had Loved a Little' and Hyun-woo Lee's 'I Must Erase You in Sorrow.'"
