Changchun acted for the H New Technology Investment Partnership and successfully completed a transaction acquiring convertible preferred shares (CPS) issued by Brandi Inc., which operates fashion e-commerce platforms including Brandi and Hiver.
The transaction is significant in that a new technology investment partnership under the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act made a new investment in the operator of Korea's largest fashion e-commerce platform, and the target secured additional funds for facility investment, product development and marketing, enabling it to pursue its business more aggressively.
