On Thursday, September 5, 2019, attorney Jisun Kim of Law Firm Changchun gave a lecture at the Business Support Hub in Pangyo Second Techno Valley on "Legal points startups should watch for when entering into investment agreements."
The lecture formed part of the sector-by-sector "Teaching Sessions" hosted by the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) under its Information Security Cluster acceleration program, and was followed by one-on-one consultations.
Drawing on her experience in numerous M&A matters and investment and control dispute litigation, Ms. Kim introduced real disputes and conveyed the points to check in order to head off legal problems before they arise.
Ms. Kim has been appointed a specialist legal mentor for the acceleration program and will continue to provide legal advice to the companies supported within the Information Security Cluster.
