The transaction took the form of the private equity fund manager purchasing Company J's existing shares (common shares) and new shares (RCPS), enabling Company J to secure the funding it needs to expand into new business lines and strengthen the competitiveness of its existing operations.
From the earliest stage of the transaction, Changchun advised successfully across the deal as a whole, including reviewing the transaction structure and drafting the agreements for the purchase of the existing and new shares.
